Return Policy
All parts, excluding electronic parts, can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
(Electronic parts will be decided on a per order bases and will require a customer representative approval.)
All non-electrical return parts need to be in like new condition in original packaging.
When returning a part, you must include one or more of the following;
Copy
of the original order, Copy of your invoice, or as a bare minimum…a
note including your name and full address along with the part number and
quantity of the items being returned. All returns need to have this
paperwork inside the box with the returned part.
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Parts returned after a year will not be accepted and will be discarded.
The return process is usually completed in 2 weeks, unless holidays or other events cause delays.
Returns
will be mailed or shipped back at customer's expense. (We can provide a
return tag for convenience and deduct the return shipping cost from your
return credit.)
Exchanges for returns need to be noted or called in prior to returning a part.
Defective
part returns need to be discussed with a sales representative before
returning the part and also noted on paperwork accompanying the part.
(In some cases, defective parts may be replaced without returning the
defective part).
